We offer easy exchanges for sizing and exchanging for a new item. Exchanges must be filed with outfitsbydesign.com within 30 days of shipment. Please call or e-mail for an exchange. Directions will be given to you once contact has been made.
Returns
We offer a return policy on most items. Panty's are not returnable. Please pay attention to the plus size clothing charts and order according to directions. Returns must be called or e-mailed to outfitsbydesign.com within 30 days of shipment. Shipping fees are not returnable. All returns will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to outfitsbydesign.com and crediting of monies will not be made until items are received and inspected for damages and evidence of wear.
