Question: How much is shipping?
Answer: Shipping is free when you spend $100 and you order from and ship within the USA. If you are spending less than $100 and ordering from and shipping within the USA the $10 flat fee shipping rate will apply to your order.
Question: I only received part of my order. Where is the rest of my order?
Answer: Some items may ship seperately. You will only be charged for one shipping fee. If your order falls within the free shipping guidelines but your items are shipped seperately you will still receive free shipping.
